This is a post-beginners course in English delivered over 6 months for people who have developed a basic level of English, literacy and numeracy skills and who want to improve their English language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing ability).

The qualification focuses on improving your general English language skills for day-to-day life, for work and for further higher level study. It is designed to develop speaking, pronunciation, listening, reading and writing skills.
